Our bed sheets have a thread count of 600 per square 10 centimeters and are made with high-quality single-ply yarn for a smooth and soft feel. It's worth noting that if the same number of threads were woven with double-ply yarn, the thread count could have easily been 1200 per 10 square centimeters. It's important to consider both thread count and yarn ply when evaluating the quality of a bedsheet.

Our bedsheets are developed with our own design, sizing, fit, and finishing standards, using high-quality long-staple cotton sourced from countries known for producing some of the finest cotton in the world, such as Egypt, the USA, China, and India.

While Thailand is not known as a significant grower of premium long-staple cotton at scale, we carefully select high-quality cotton for its soft, smooth, and durable feel, then apply ARESTALE’s own product standards to create bedsheets designed for a comfortable and refined sleep experience.

The fabric weave is tightly and efficiently constructed, resulting in exceptional resistance to dust mites and allergens. The fabric was thoroughly tested by a reputable laboratory, with results indicating that 99% of dust mites and 95% of allergens created by dust mites were unable to penetrate the fabric. Although the results were highly favorable, the laboratory's certification standards require both dust mite and allergen penetration resistance to be at 99% or above for certification.
